Lloyd Logan 

Lloyd has an extensive background working as a musician and sound engineer in recording studios, at conferences and in venue and club environments. Aged just 18 Lloyd built his first sound system.  This set the the stage for a career.  In 2006 he created Rigs and Gigs and acquired a 40 KW sound system providing a professional sound for a range of indoor and outdoor events.  Over the years Rigs and Gigs has established a sound reputation.  Lloyd works with a skilled team of engineers and event specialists to ensure the smooth running of each event.

Sean Byrne

Sean is a qualified Sound Engineer and has worked for many years as a Sound Editor and Technician.  He has extensive experience of live audio and sound. 

Marlon Hinkson

Marlon is a specialist speaker cabinet maker building many of West London’s sound systems.  

Nicola James

Nicola is our Event and Office Manager, responsible for managing the production and logistics for each event.  She has considerable experience and success working in the training and conference sector.
