We hope you, your families, friends and colleagues are in good health as we continue to maintain our social distance during this difficult time. We wanted to take the time to reassure you of the actions we are taking and share our thoughts about the future.
It is a difficult time for everyone in the industry, with all major productions cancelled or delayed until 2021.
We’re striving to do everything we can to support our customers during this challenging period and any equipment booked and paid for, for any events you’ve had to postpone will be honoured, when you want, period.
Now that lockdown is lifting, we look forward to our friends and customers returning to London. as the summer draws to a close, there are positive signs with some customers now booking socially distanced events into the autumn and winter.
The lockdown has had a catastrophic meltdown across the event industry. Many of you I know have been faced with difficult situations and impossible choices, as there remains so much uncertainty over what might happen in the weeks and months ahead.
We’re super encouraged by the sheer volume of business support and kindliness that’s in the air. We’ve got a great network and are here to help and support you in any way with any ideas and events you’re considering planning.
It’s so important during this challenging time to pause, reflect and be our best selves. We are stronger together, and the greater the bonds we build during times of adversity, so our chances of overcoming present challenges increase. It has never been more important to have a strong, united and determined, and we will do our utmost to help and advise you in any way we can.
